We wanted to share with you our 5 Year Strategy which we have been working on over the summer months.
In order to fulfill our ambitions plans for the future of Kids Kitchen, set out last year in our successful bid to the Reaching Communities Fund, we needed to do some serious planning. Lots of different people from the Kids Kitchen team got involved in a series of workshops (facilitated by the wonderful Sarah Best) and our conclusions are summarised in the document below. The three main areas we will be working on are grow our programmes so we can offer more to more people, strengthen our infrastructure to support that growth and explore diverse income streams to ensure our organisation’s sustainability.
So here is the fruit of our labour, have a look and get excited (we certainly have!)
