We have two opportunities to join the Kids Kitchen team and build more family cooking from scratch, for sustainable happy lives. Aneta is looking to expand her capacity in South East London with a Session Coordinator, and our training and mentoring package is yearning for someone who can take our experience and show it to the world!
Remote: Training and Membership Development Coordinator (Freelance, 10 hours a week for 10 weeks)
Are you clear and persuasive? Do you have experience of marketing training and memberships and engaging people with humour and empathy? We have a tried and tested training course, with resources and qualified session leaders with experience to share. We are looking for a colleague who can take what the team has created, give it greater structure and link it to the potential trainees who are looking for it. This would mean marketing the package, bringing people onto it and supporting people through their journey of creating their own Kids Kitchen session.
Our model developed from the needs of parents. The training and support we offer developed organically as a result, and we’re now looking to knock this organic development into something more structured. If you’re excited by this, committed to a better food system and stronger communitiies please get in touch! Find out more on our Opportunities page.
South East London: Kids Kitchen Session Leader (Freelance, ad hoc)
We have been running Kids Kitchen sessions for ten years now, and Aneta started sessions in South East London not long after we first started out. Aneta is recruiting a session leader colleague – this is an opportunity to have a hands-on role with established family cooking activity sessions, and be part of a wider team sharing the ‘from scratch’ message through work in hubs, online and through our training. Take a look at previous session info on the South East London page and blog and find out more on the opportunities page.
If you’re intrigued by these roles but they’re not quite ‘you’ right now – you might be interested in our upcoming training and membership, or volunteer roles in our hubs. Or do drop us an email with your CV.
