Carrots and  White Bean  Cutlets 

 

Ingredients for about 10 medium cutlets:

250g carrots grated on fine mesh

1-1½ cups cooked white beans (or 1 can)

½-1 cup cooked millet groats

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

¼ cup of oil

½ cup crumbs (or ground oatmeal)

1 small onion

1 clove of garlic

A bit of grated ginger

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika 

½ tsp ground coriander

salt pepper

Method 
1. Carrots peeled and grated on a small grater, put into a larger bowl.

2. Mix the beans together with the oil, chopped onion, garlic and ginger.

3. Stir the bean paste to the carrot, add the seasoning, and crumbs or ground oatmeal and mix well.

4. Cook the oven at 220 °.

5.Place on a baking paper. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, and in the middle of time gently turn to the other side.

 

Dill and Young Cabbage Cutlets

 

Ingredients for about 12 cutlets:

1 small young cabbage = 3 cups chopped blender

½ cup millet groats

1 cup of cooked chickpeas

½ - 1 cup of ground oatmeal 

½ large bunch of dill 

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar or apple vinegar

¼ cups of mild oil

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of ground coriander

1 clove of garlic

Salt pepper

 

Method

1.  Boil chickpeas.

2. Cabbage  slice in a blender with an "S", or wipe thoroughly on a thick grater. Strike, squeeze the cabbage with your hands and stand aside.

3. In a blender or a small bowl, mix: chickpeas, oil, vinegar, soy sauce - on a smooth paste. Transfer to a large bowl together with the cooked cereal and add chopped dill.

4. Strain the cabbage well with small portions in your hands or on a sieve. The more juice you squeeze, the better.

5. Add the cabbage to the bowl with chickpeas mix well, add spices. Add ½ cup oatmeal and mix well. Set aside for a few minutes so have absorbed the water. If the mass was too damp and sparse - add more oatmeal flours.

6. From the mass, they are dampened with water and boilers and laid them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in oven set to 220 degrees for about 30 minutes, then turn to the other side and bake for about 15-20 minutes with the hot air function. Serve with young potatoes, dill and light salad, tasty!
