Recipe Club Week 3 Ratatouille

Don’t worry it’s not as complicated as they make it look in the movie! We picked this recipe as aubergines are coming to the shelves at the moment and it’s a lovely vegetable to get the little ones introduced to.

Not many extra tips this week, just remember you can use alternative utensils: Knives too sharp for the kids? Use a pair of child scissors. Don’t have a garlic press? Use a fork. And take your time.
