We are back! And raring to go...
After a well earned rest we are feeling refreshed and inspired. We can't wait to see you all and get cooking.
Kate will lead us through a delicious new recipe, with the help of Naseem, our resident nana. We will make Noodle Salad!
Kettle or a pan
A jar with a tight lid
Rice noodles / vermicelli
Assorted veg (cucumber, carrot, sugar snap peas, baby sweetcorn, peppers)
Beansprouts (pre-boiled or tinned)
Rice vinegar (or other vinegar)
Fresh ginger (or ground...)
A short note about ingredients: we try to use local and seasonal produce and tweak recipes accordingly. Tweaking is also something we got used to when we were only leave home for essentials and we have fully embraced it, it helps with avoiding food waste which is great. For this reason we've given you loads of options, please don't be daunted by them! We will also help with substitutions on the day.
