To celebrate the king of the autumnal harvest we thought we'll prepare this wonderful gnocchi recipe. This is not only delicious but it's also a great sensory activity for the littler ones. We'll spend lots of time playing with the dough and talking about smells and textures.

Room opens 10.45am, session starts 11am) You don’t need anything special to take part. Below are the ingredients you'll need but if you are missing something don't worry we'll talk you through substitutions. We have started to add quantities as it was suggested by one of our attendees.
What you might find useful:
Potato Musher (or a fork)
Boiling pan and frying pan
About 2 mugs of chopped pumpkin or squash (half a medium one) for session please have them oven roasted or pre-cooked check with the fork if it is ready
One potato pre-cooked
2 mugs of flour plus more for dusting and kneading
2 tablespoons olive or sunflower spread
A few leaves fresh sage
Salt and Pepper to taste
