Earlier this month, we returned to the Redwell Centre in Matson for a fun, festive session. With Christmas music playing and decorations all around us, we made delicious mince pies from scratch!
The recipe included lots of exciting jobs; chopping, stirring, mixing, squeezing, rolling and pastry brushing. Everyone got involved and the results were fantastic.
