Ever made too much mash potato? I certainly have and I must confessed it has ended up in the bin a few times.
But not anymore! With Aneta’s fantastic recipe you can use up your leftovers (a quick google search suggests mash can last 3-5 days in the fridge) for a wonderful lunch treat.
Likewise if you haven’t had mash in the last few days then just boil some potatoes beforehand and get you little one to mash it up, they’ll love it!

A short note about ingredients: we try to use local and seasonal produce and tweak recipes accordingly. Tweaking is also something we got used to when we were only allowed to leave home for essentials and we have fully embraced it, it helps with avoiding food waste which is great. For this reason we’ve given you loads of options, please don’t be daunted by them! We will also help with substitutions on the day.
Our online weekday sessions are free but if you are able to support our work, we rely on donations for much of what we do. Thank you! ????????????
