This is why we do what we do. To be a little bit of support, a little bit of light when things feel a little dark, a little hard (or a lot). That’s why we are always welcoming, always relaxed, open, no pressure.
So this week we’ll be taking inspiration from our wonderful Kemi’s Nigerian heritage with this tasty recipe. She will be joined by Aneta also from South East London.

Small jar with a tight lid
Maple Syrup (or honey)
Olive Oil (or other oil)
Harissa Paste (or a little paprika and garlic will work)
Onion (or spring onion or even leek)
Cannellini beans (other beans will work too…)
A short note about ingredients: we try to use local and seasonal produce and tweak recipes accordingly. Tweaking is also something we got used to when we were only leave home for essentials and we have fully embraced it, it helps with avoiding food waste which is great. For this reason we’ve given you loads of options, please don’t be daunted by them! We will also help with substitutions on the day.
