Small jar with a tight lid
Flour (any you have handy, we’ll probably use all purpose but bread flour would also work)
Yeast (fresh or instant or whatever you have, we can have a chat about yeast on the day!)
Extra virgin olive oil (other oil would work too but this is more traditional)
Toppings: coarse salt and fresh rosemary, thyme, basil, olives, tomatoes, pepper, red onion, the possibilities are endless
A short note about ingredients: we try to use local and seasonal produce and tweak recipes accordingly. Tweaking is also something we got used to when we were only leave home for essentials and we have fully embraced it, it helps with avoiding food waste which is great. For this reason we’ve given you loads of options, please don’t be daunted by them! We will also help with substitutions on the day.
