Kids Kitchen Online: 28th of July Veg Stroganoff

I can’t quite believe it’s the end of July. We have been doing sessions for 4 months and we have been loving it. And we hope you have too.

We have managed to keep our sessions interactive and we have made some great new friends along the way. It’s so lovely to see so many familiar faces every week.

Hopefully soon will be able to see each other face to face again but for now here we are.

Next Tuesday – Kate and Aneta will talk us through a lovely Veg Stroganoff, another great recipe to have in your repertoire. Book here!

(Bookings will close at 10.15am Tuesday, and after that you’ll receive an email with a ‘zoom’ link to join. Room opens 10.45am, session starts 11am)What you might find useful:

Chopping Board

And ingredients…

Onions (or spring onions or leeks)

Other veg (mushrooms, carrot, courgette, baby sweetcorn, mangetout all work well)

Tinned coconut milk

Rice to serve

A short note about ingredients: we try to use local and seasonal produce and tweak recipes accordingly. Tweaking is also necessary at the moment now that we can only leave home for essentials. For this reason we’ve given you loads of options, please don’t be daunted by them! We will also help with substitutions on the day.

Our Crowdfunder is finished and we raised just under £2,500! Thank you all so so much for your support. If you missed the cut off and would like to support our work, you can do so via the link below! ????????????
