180 g of mash potato

60 g semolina

10 g of coconut flour

pinch of salt

teaspoon of coconut oil

plums or apricots 

Mix the potatoes with a fork with coconut flour, salt and semolina.

Then put the dough on a pastry board and knead until the connection of the components.

Finally add the oil and knead again.

 From the dough form roller, from which cut pieces of approx. 3x4 cm. These pieces flatten hand.  put on every plums/ apricots and clump and form a boll/dumpling

Sprinkled with flour hands tear pieces of dough, these pieces flatten hand. and to the center put a piece of fruits, clump and form a ball.

Cook for about 7 minutes after rising to the surface.

Remove, garnish and serve.
