Setting up a Session: Doing It!
Who does what?
In the very beginning we had a chef help us out... when we moved to doing it together with the kids we split our roles into 'mainly cheffing' and 'mainly hosting'.
There were lots of reasons for this: Eva's more interested in the cooking side of things, and at the time Rebecca's daughter was younger so it was harder for her to run to the kitchen. How you split the tasks is entirely up to you – but do have at least two of you, and make sure you know what each other is doing!
This example plan shows how we split up what we were doing...
And here's how we split up and described our roles:
How have you decided to split up the tasks?
