10 years ago, I was sitting on my new friend Eva’s living room floor, surrounded by toys and toddlers, and moaning about the children’s activities on offer locally – “It’s all about cupcakes; I can’t make cupcakes for dinner…”

Since the stay-and-play cooking session that followed, thousands of toddlers, babies, adults and teens have popped up to cook with us and with others. Thanks to our amazing network of session leaders and hubs across the country, I haven’t even met most of the families taking part!

We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved together over the past 10 years, from getting kids cooking to helping parents and carers feel less isolated and part of their local community. We have so many exciting plans for what comes next!

Celebrate with us

If you have cooked with us, worked with us, funded our ideas, we would LOVE for you to celebrate this landmark anniversary with us.

If you can’t come, please still celebrate with us! You can share favourite memories and recipes from the past 10 years and/or the things in your life that sprung out of a session.

When: Saturday 4th March 2023, 2-4pm
Where: Coram’s Fields Playground and Hall, London

Please let us know if you’d like to come, and we’ll be in touch with more details. There is no charge, but spaces are limited in the hall so booking is required!

Keep cooking

Rebecca
